Project Healthy Menu

Names: Luciana Jaramillo, Corina Bohorquez, Amy Tejena y Cristhian Ponce

Project

Breakfast:

  • Crispy cereals with fresh milk, accompanied with a juicy red apple.

  • Soft natural yogurt with sweet strawberries and toasted whole wheat bread.


Lunch:

  • Fish tacos: Juicy grilled fish fillet. 

Large, hot corn tortilla, a creamy yogurt sauce and spicy sauce with corn slices

Delicious pico de gallo with a spicy touch: juicy lemon, tomato, crunchy onion, and cilantro.

Additional:

Delicious and refreshing blackberry, lemon, orange juices. 

  • Lentil soup: Exquisite lentil and vegetable soup with a touch of sweet paprika

Additional: 

A refreshing orange juice 

Dessert:                                                                      Dinner:   

  • Juicy roast beef with crispy fries.            Sweet apple pie.

  •  Soft mashed potatoes with tasty mushroom sauce.   Creamy vanilla ice cream.

Snack:

  • A creamy bowl of Greek yogurt topped with a handful of juicy strawberries, sweet raspberries, and blueberries. To add a crunch, sprinkle a generous handful of chopped nuts on top. 
  • Fresh cucumber sticks, crunchy carrot sticks and creamy chickpea hummus.
